Introducing Steve DeMilio

I am very happy to announce that The Predators have signed Offensive Lineman Steve Demilio. Steve played college football at Gardner Webb University. He graduated in 2012 as a 3 year Starter at Tackle and a 2 Time All Big South Selection. At 6'5 300lbs. Steve posses a rare athletic ability for a man his size which has garnered some NFL interest. In April after the NFL draft Steve signed with the Baltimore Ravens to a free agent rookie try out at their rookie mini camp. Unfortunately he was not resigned after the camp. The Predators are very excited to have a player of such high skill come and play in Kristianstad. Steve is a great young man with high hopes for his future in football and I feel very blessed to help him along his Journey.

Steve will play left tackle for the Predators. He will be landing in Copenhagen later Saturday afternoon. He will be cleared and ready to play his first game in 2 weeks when we travel up to Uppsala, Mid-Sommer weekend. Steve's talents and skill will be put to the test facing off with the 86ers American Import defensive end from University of Arizona, Muhammed Usman. You can see him in live action at Kristianstad Ip starting June 29 vs defending Super Series Champions the Carlstad Crusaders.

Introducing 2013 Signee Charles Ryan

Charles Ryan Signs with Kristianstad Predators

I would like to introduce the newest member of the Kristianstad Predators family, Charles Ryan. Charles will come to the Predators from McPhereson College, Kansas. Charles played defensive line for McPhereson earning All-Conference Honors his senior season in 2011. Charles is an explosive force on the defensive front with great power and speed. He will be a very welcomed addition to an already very good defense. Charles and I have a long past. I recruited Charles out of Casa Roble High School in Sacramento to play Junior College ball for me at American River College in 2006 and 2007. Charles came to ARC a tight end but was moved to offensive tackle halfway through his freshman season due to injuries. Charles flourished and in 2007 was named to the prestigious California Junior College All-State Team.
In January, once I knew that Charles was going to be a Predator, I hooked Charles up with a colleague who does linemen training in Sacramento. Jon Osterhout is one of the premier line coaches in the country and runs "Linemen Win Games" an off season linemen training program for college and high school players. LWG is fastly becoming a national powerhouse for developing the skills required to be an outstanding offensive and defensive lineman. Charles has been honing his skills with LWG to prepare for the 2013 season.

Charles will be asked to play both offense and defense for the Predators. A task that he is more than capable of. His positive attitude and extraordinary desire give him a special combination of talent and work ethic. I am very excited to have the opportunity to coach Charles again and I know he will have great success here in Sweden. Charles should be arriving in Kristianstad May 1.
