Strength and Conditioning: I have a strong background in designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for both Elite and youth level teams. I currently have done this the past two season in Sweden and have assisted at American River College. I believe in multi-joint functional core strength with olympic lifts and plyometrics as the foundation. Periodization is important in training and my goal is to always help the players reach the peak of their physical potential.

I have held many coaches clinic session to help the coaches in Sweden grow in their football knowledge. I have coached at many different camps in the States and was chosen to speak at The Clinic of Champions in Reno Nevada.

Playing Backgroud: I
played offensive line for the University of San Diego, receiving All-Conference
honors in 1995 - 1996 seasons. At Bella
Vista High School I played both defensive and offensive line. I received
All-League honors in 1992 for defensive line and in 1993 I received All-League,
All-Metro and All Section honors as an offensive lineman.
